Pastor Albert was radically saved by Jesus Christ in 1984. He has been a part of Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship for over 25 years.
In 1997 He and his wife Melissa pioneered Praise Chapel Anaheim and today they continue to reside as senior pastors at this present location.

Sis Melissa has has been married to her husband Pastor Albert Garcia for almost two decades. She and her husband pioneered Praise Chapel Anaheim in 1997 and continue to reside as pastors at this present location.
